We are a specialized non-destructive testing (NDT) laboratory, established in response to the growing industry needs for advanced technical diagnostics. Our team consists of qualified engineers and inspectors with many years of practical experience in assessing the technical condition of installations, pressure equipment, and steel structures.

We operate based on the highest standards of quality and safety, offering comprehensive support in conducting NDT tests in accordance with applicable national and international standards. Our mission is to provide reliable test results that form the basis for making informed operational and maintenance decisions.

Operational testing
of devices

Our laboratory specializes in operational diagnostics of pipelines and technological equipment, particularly in difficult-to-access industrial environments. One of the key methods we use is digital radiography (CR/DR), which allows for testing without the need to remove thermal insulation or interrupt system operation – for example, in refrigeration or transmission systems.

Thanks to digital radiography we can, among other things:

  • assess the wall thickness of the pipeline under the insulation
  • detect corrosion defects, cracks, inclusions and other material defects,
  • monitor the technical condition without taking the installation out of operation.

NDT testing methods

In our work, we use proven and certified non-destructive testing methods that enable us
to assess the condition of materials and inseparable connections
without interfering

with their structure:

  • RT – Radiographic examinations:
    Classical and digital imaging of internal structures – detection of volumetric defects, cracks, inclusions.
  • CR/DR – Digital Radiography:
    A fast, precise digital imaging method – allows examination
    without removing insulation.
  • PT – Penetrant Testing:
    Detection of open surface discontinuities – cracks, pores, delaminations.
  • MT – Magnetic Particle Testing:
    An effective method for detecting surface and subsurface cracks
    in ferromagnetic materials.
  • VT – Visual Testing:
    Precise analysis of component surfaces using optical instruments and endoscopic cameras.

Our laboratory is officially recognized by the Office of Technical Inspection (abbreviation in Polish: UDT) as a competent entity to perform non-destructive testing in accordance with the requirements of technical law in Poland.

Additionally:

  • We use a quality management system compliant with PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025
