Events organized by the FRIZO Academy have a workshop dimension. The nature of the meetings is elite - a small number of participants is to provide the opportunity for an individualized approach so as not to generate a chaotic atmosphere in the discussion areas and to guarantee the transfer of knowledge in an effective formula. The content and thematic blocks discussed during the workshops constitute the essence of specialist knowledge in the field of refrigeration. In addition to the lecture part, during the workshops we work on a "living organism" using our own production plant and technology park located in Miszewko near Gdańsk.
